The aim of this project was to renovate an apartment to highlight and increase the rental value. We have decided to use a simple and neutral palette with contrast details, marble, wooden textures, and some accent details.

The living room, dining area, and kitchen are forming an open space with wide openings to the riverside. We have made this space unique and welcome to stay for a wide amount of people.

The bedroom was meant to reflect the topic of the water life by wallpaper pattern.

The initial plan was kept the same, main changes were done in the furnishing and finishings.
